I want to take advantage of your Burner Service. I understand that in order to participate in any plan I will utilize Burtonsville Fuel Co., Inc. as my sole supplier of heating fuel and will schedule an appointment for cleaning.

By signing this card I agree to all terms listed in the General Conditions for Service Plans listed on this page.



It is the customer’s responsibility to set up an appointment for the cleaning of equipment. Please contact us during our regular office hours 7:30 am - 4 pm on weekdays to ensure accessibility to the equipment prior to your appointment.

General Conditions for Service Plans

** This agreement is contingent upon inspection of the equipment covered before acceptance.
** Our obligation to furnish any parts is subject to their availability from normal suppliers.
** Any Pre-existing conditions will be serviced at prevailing rates.
** This agreement is void if the buyer permits any person other than our employees to render service to the equipment except as instructed by us.
** This agreement does not cover parts damaged by water, fire, acts of God, accident, tampering, or abuse.
** Charges will be billed for service due to blown fuse, open circuit breakers, switch in off position, thermostat set too low, oil runs out other than auto-delivery, or if accounts are not kept current.
** Anything colored in yellow will be covered by your service agreement. Anything else will be charged at prevailing rates.
** Frozen lines or Fuel Gelling in outside tanks is not covered.
** Excludes all plumbing work.
** Electronic air filters and the maintenance of these are not covered under the contract.
** This agreement does not cover circuit boards.
** Burtonsville Fuel shall be released from liability for 'runouts' of fuel when the customer is using a supplemental heat source, as it can disrupt our automatic delivery system.
** These plans will terminate without notice and without refund if the customer purchases fuel oil from any other source.
** Air Handlers (associated with boiler systems) are not covered under contract; only the boiler is covered.
