Dear Potential New BFC Customer,
First and foremost, thank you for calling and inquiring about our company! We are a small family-owned and operated company established in 1955, now the fourth generation! We take great pride in our company, therefore, our service and delivery are our priority.
Fuel Deliveries: We offer home heating fuel, on-road diesel, and off-road diesel. We offer two delivery options:
1.) Will Call means that the customer calls in when they need to order fuel allowing 24 to 48 hours’ notice. Prices per gallon are based on the amount of fuel ordered and fluctuate with the market. Prices can change daily so please feel free to call and ask what the current price is.
2.) Automatic Fuel Delivery meaning it is our responsibility to keep your tank topped off and you automatically receive the lowest per-gallon price offered the day of delivery regardless of how many gallons you receive. To participate in the auto program you must be pre-approved for credit by filling out a credit application.
3.) Service: We offer a full-service department with emergency service available. We work on Oil-fired furnaces and hot water heaters as well as heat pumps and air conditioners. We also do new equipment installation including above-ground tanks, boilers, hot air furnaces, A/C's, oil-fired hot water heaters, and humidifiers. Call for an estimate.
Our Annual Service Contract runs from May 1 through April 30" of each year and includes an annual cleaning/maintenance, the majority of the parts on the furnace, and most emergency calls. Please see our service brochure for details.
Our Annual Tune-Up is a yearly inspection and cleaning of your unit. Please see our service brochure for details.
We also provide an Annual Air Conditioner inspection and maintenance which can also be found in our service brochure.
Payment: We accept all major credit cards, cash, and money orders. We accept checks ONLY AFTER credit has been established from the credit report.
